Approximately 15 years ago, Creative Problem Solving became an extremely important component of our work. Over the years, thanks to Dr. Gerard Puccio, J. Michael Fox, Dr. Dean Patton, Pamela Szalay, Dr. Roger Firestein, E. Paul Torrance and the research of Syd Parnes, Marci Segal, Dr. Denis Waitley and more, Motiv8, Inc. continues to strategically integrate Creative Problem Solving into nearly all of our work.

Our experiences have shown that the utilization of this process results in participants who become more open minded to learning, growth, and adaptation. Consequently, they tend to discover more about their imaginative qualities, trust these findings, and apply the newly-learned principles in their work, play, sports, and family endeavors. Starting small, learning how to defer judgment to later on in the process, and becoming more positive and deliberate about sorting and prioritizing ideas often make significant differences in productivity and team performance.

Our clients are seeing improvements in on-the-job problem solving, sales performance, customer service, leadership, team performance, strategy implementation, and productivity.

And, we believe, with our current work, focus, and new team members, the best is yet to come!

Participants will walk away with:

The ability to turn fear, apprehension, and tension into confidence and inspiration
The ability to create a positive sense of interaction and mutual respect for their audience
